Riva 70 Metri: A Record-Breaking Superyacht from Riva
Riva announces the construction of the largest superyacht in its history. The 70-meter Riva 70 Metri is being built at the Ferretti Group Superyachts Yard in Ancona.
The Riva 70 Metri is the brand’s flagship model, embodying over 180 years of tradition and innovation. Inspired by the existing Riva 50 Metri, this superyacht will stand out with modern design, advanced technology, and exceptional comfort, setting a new trend in its class.
The superyacht will be equipped with a hybrid propulsion system featuring heat recovery technology and a PTO-PTI (Power Take Off – Power Take In) system, making it a pioneer in sustainable development in the marine industry. Additionally, cutting-edge solutions will reduce noise and vibrations, providing the highest level of onboard comfort.
The owner of the first Riva 70 Metri, a longtime fan of the brand, collaborated with the design team to create the yacht of his dreams. This project was realized in partnership with Officina Italiana Design and the Ferretti Group team led by engineer Piero Ferrari.

The superyacht will be built at the state-of-the-art Riva Superyachts Yard in Ancona, spanning 80,000 m², where luxury yachts from 50 to 90 meters in length are produced.
